Coast Valuations Limited is a West Coast owned company specialising in Valuation and Property Consultancy.

We pride ourselves in the quality of work and advice we give and have been actively involved in West Coast Property Valuation for over thirty years.

We have a highly professional team and cover all aspects of valuation work ranging from the valuation of residential homes, through to small holdings, farms, commercial, industrial property, motels, hotels and tourist operations. We also complete asset valuations for major clients and provide advice on retention, development or disposal of their property portfolios.

Coast Valuations Limited is based centrally in Greymouth and our geographic territory covers Karamea to Jacksons Bay as well as inland to Springs Junction and Arthurs Pass, including the towns of Greymouth, Westport, Hokitika and Reefton.

We work regularly in the major tourist areas such as Punakaiki, Lake Brunner, both Franz Josef and Fox Glacier but also value property in smaller settlements from Karamea to Haast.
