We complete all types of valuation and consultancy work of real property. This work includes valuations of residential housing for the purposes of market value, mortgage finance, matrimonial settlement, estate or insurance as well as valuations of farms, commercial and industrial property, hotels, motels and other going concerns.

We cover the entire West Coast of the South Island from Karamea to Jacksons Bay (700 kilometres) and west of the Alps including areas such as Arthurs Pass and Castle Hill. It also inclides the towns of Westport, Hokitika and Greymouth
