Brian has been practising as a Registered Valuer on the West Coast since 1977. He works in a wide variety of different fields specialising mainly in commercial and going concern type valuations.

Brian has a sound knowledge of both the residential and investment market and has undertaken several feasibility studies for corporate clients.

Brian is both a Registered Valuer and a Registered Property Consultant and is responsible for over-seeing the property management division of Coast Valuations Limited.

Pete is a born and bred West Coaster who has held senior positions in Valuation New Zealand, Challenge Property and also overseas.

He is responsible for the valuing in the primary market as well as tourism sector, especially in the Glacier / South Westland area. Pete provides valuations and property advice for numerous clients such as Local Authorities, Health Boards and Power Supply Companies, including asset identification, investment property, freeholding and ground lease reviews.

Pete also manages any Asset Valuation assignments carried out by the Company.

Craig gained Valuer qualifications and Valuation experience in Canterbury and worked there for ten years as a Valuer prior to moving to the Coast.

Craig specialises mainly in residential valuations and small holdings and works mainly in the Greymouth, Reefton and Buller areas.

Mark Bolland

Mark has lived and worked on the West Coast for 25 years and is involved in a wide range of community organisations. He started work as a Surveyor and has worked for a private surveying company as well as a forestry company where he managed forestry information using GIS and GPS technology.

Mark obtained his Valuation Degree in 1996 and has worked actively as a valuer on the West Coast since 2003. He specialises in valuation of residential property and small holdings and is also responsible for analysis and maintenance of Coast Valuations’ extensive data base.
